Waterfront Home W/Dock, 5 Bedroom with Hot Tub! One mile from Aqua Yacht!

Ice maker didn’t work. We purchased ice. Deck had lots of spider webs and spiders. Hot tub had sand in it.Very nice place overall just a few things that could have been better. The host was very nice and good to respond to any questions. We did enjoy our stay.

We had a party of 12 including a 5 month old. The house is very spacious with 3 ensuites ( 1 of the 5 bedrooms is in the basement with a little sitting area- the other 4 are on main level) The kitchen was a good size and appliances were excellent. A large picnic style table afforded enough seating for all of us at meal time. There is a large deck area, covered with ample, comfortable seating and another screened in porch with seating. The hot tub is in another separate closed area. The house was very, very clean (and I check all showers curtains for mildew). The only things we noted were as follows (but we didn’t detract from the excellent rating because they were more personal preferences): the kitchen although stocked with cookware, flatware, dishes, etc., didn’t have enough serving bowls for us and not enough room to put away all of our groceries so many things were left on the countersThere were no extra blankets in any bedrooms so I’d advise taking some if you’re like us with some elders who prefer it warm and others who prefer to sleep cooler. There was an iron and ironing board but the board was a small one like one you’d have in a dorm. We all agreed that the mattresses could be replaced. They were worn and a couple were sagging. Again, we all slept fine so maybe we just prefer a firmer mattress.In summary, this house was nicely decorated, had everything we needed and was close to docks and restaurants. I’d highly recommend a stay here!!

Great clean house, perfect for our family’s relaxing vacation. Just a comment for those unfamiliar with these rural roads, be careful driving on them especially if you have a large hood, as visibility is limited with these hills and the road is narrow. That’s no knock on the house, just for awareness. We’ll look to stay here again!

Used the house for a weekend getaway with college friends, and we were blown away with the property. Everything is modern and up-to-date, plenty of comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities to go along with it. Margaret is super kind, helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Plus, the location of the property is definitely hard to beat! Would highly recommend!
