Sandpiper Cottage Beadnell. Sleeps 4. This newly refurbished attractive cottage is a 2 bedroomed, semi detached house in the coastal village of Beadnell. It has a quiet, enclosed garden which overlooks fields and has views to the Cheviot Hills. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a 5 minute walk to the sandy, dog friendly beaches and nearby village shops. House trained dogs by arrangement. No Smoking. Private parking on drive. Sorry house isn’t suitable for divers. Changeover day is a Saturday. This may be negotiable in quiet periods. You may gain access to the property from 2 30pm on the day of arrival and leave by 10am on departure day.

Excellent communication fromHost Yvonne detailed instructions for access to property and prompt replies to queries.Well equipped kitchen everything clean and tidy feels home from home. Some slight noise apparent from neighbouring property also a rental but didn’t detract from my pleasant stay. Local residents were friendly and helpful too.Lovely comfortable bed and a well kept enclosed garden for dogs.Would recommend and fully intend a return visit to this property.Helen Visited 20 may to 27 may 2026.

property clean, comfortable and had everything you would need, plus outside space for the dog to run around in. A very welcome bottle of wine.

The property was extremely clean, check in and communication with host very easy.We had a lovely stay, and thought it was in a great position for pubs and beach.And thank you for the wine and biscuits! They were lovely to enjoy when we arrived in the enclosed garden watching the nearby horses…
