Great break at Mains Cottages again, 16th visit. Humans and dogs had a lovely week.
Owner Sam is very welcoming and nothing is any bother.

Cottage is in a lovely setting with great views from the garden and patio. It's just a short walk to Beadnell village and beach but far enough away to feel secluded and it is not overlooked by the other cottages. It was great sitting on the patio watching the wildlife and some wonderful sunsets.
The cottage is roomy enough but also very cosy and the furniture and bed were really comfortable.
On the downside, the kitchen could be better equipped for the wet days when you need to stay in and make a meal. Also, the bathroom - especially around the edges of the floor - didn't look particularly clean.

Nice cottage, dog friendly, unfortunately garden tired, broken glass found in garden, grubby patio, clothes left in drawers from previous clients, toilet cystern broke, on a good note the bed was very comfortable and the welcome pack was a nice touch!
