I was on the second floor both times I stayed. I was happy about that because I had a big suitcase. There is a 200 meters. And the room is big and spacious. I got around the city pretty easily and ate food nearby which was tasty. I'd go back a third time. They give like a small case of water which is a great touch. Security 24/7. They have okay wifi though. It could be better.

The location of the property was excellent a few min from the train station, restaurants, and superstore. The was basic and the cost of the room reflects it, good value for money. There is security at the entrance at all times very friendly and helpful. They provide water, toilet roll, kettle, cups, Towel, AC, Tv a few hangers (not many you can get more from superstore), drying pole on the balcony.

The bit I did not like was not deal breakers for me, they were things I could live with. The bed was a bit hard and the pillow was a bit uncomfortable, I managed to get a new pillow from the superstore for cheap. room cleaning was unclear, I just cleaned after myself, would be good to have a pack of information explaining certain things as the staff can only talk thai. There are washing machines but they don't dry the clothes you would need to get hangers to dry your clothes. The room was dark but did not mind this.

The room was spacious. Communal spaces were well maintained and there were some decorative elements. In contrast, our room and bathroom were rather drab and differed slightly from the photographs. The bathroom is small and was always very hot. It’s adjacent to the caged in balcony and appears to have insufficient/no insulation. Close to the Bang Phlat MRT station and Chao Phraya river, plus in a non-touristy part of Bangkok. Staff were friendly and keep a close eye on comings and goings so it all feels very safe and secure. Comments had mentioned awful wifi. We were indeed unable to use their wifi - despite staff giving us additional login details to try. Unless you have your own data package, M Swita won’t work for you.

Wifi Dated, tired paintwork and furniture, wiring. Bathroom that cannot be cooled. No view unless you go out onto the caged in balcony. Note: we were on a low floor and higher floors have a slightly different layout.
