location in an alleyway with many basic warungs. Indiromaret just minutes walk away.
If you want to dine in style:the Diamond Hotel is only 10 minutes away and very reasonably priced. Kitchen well set up for cooking.
No taxis or motorized tuktuks available to flag down on the streets. .Only tricycle rickshaws
No mirror or sink in bathroom/toilet. One small sink in living room area not practical.

It’s a modern house both inside and outside and has all basic facilities like shower, modern toilet and warm water. Location is reasonable but good. In a quiet street just of the main road. The house is perfect for groups or large families and most rooms have a private shower. Just outside the house are also warungs for local food. Or just cook your own food in the spacious kitchen. Also, the house has a large driveway and can be closed with a gate from the inside.
Nothing not to like.
