Limpieza, cuarto, comida, servicio, todo estuvo excelente.

Supermooie kamers, alles nog nieuw. Hopelijk houden ze alles goed bij qua onderhoud. Ontbijt is ook lekker en sfeervolle eetruimte. Ezra maakte onze kamers iedere dag met veel zorgvuldigheid schoon. Dank!

The property was new

The incessant noise from trains all throughout the night that stopped me from sleeping. I had specially booked and paid for a mountain view more expensive room. I was told that they didn’t have any rooms that had a mountain view. After much negotiating at 3 am in the night I was able to get another room and was demanded to pay for two nights in the new room even though I didn’t sleep at all in the first room. I was later told that only the cheapest rooms were at the less noisy side and the more expensive rooms on the very noisy side. This made no sense to me. The first room that I was re allocated to actually had a guest in there already so was woken up by the staff at -by now- 3.30 am….the next room they showed me was next to my original room so it had the same noise problems. I felt this whole experience was very annoying and I was unimpressed with a hotel that looked nice but had such poor quality in many of fhe staff as well as sound proofing and customer service. The toilet in the new room was too close to the wall so it was hard to get off it without banging your head against the marble wall and towel rail.
