Galena Charme Luxury Terrace

The apartment was quirky , We liked the roof terrace and little balcony. The location was perfect, quiet but in amongst the restaurants. We used restaurants very close

Access to the roof terrace was awkward. The glass partition between bathroom and bedroom should have been opaque. We tried to use the washing machine but it didn't work, no real inconvenience for us though.

Great communication with Luca and he met us on arrival. Wonderful location to enjoy the city and perfect to shop at the market. Favourite bit was the terrace, sunbed, and parasol.

Confusing arrangements about rubbish collection.

Unser Gastgeber, Luca, hat auf alle unsere Fragen sofort geantwortet und war bei einem kleinen Problem mit einem Dachfenster sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Er war der netteste Host, den wir in Ortigia bisher hatten! Wir waren dort schon in 7 verschiedenen Appartements. Der Raum ist nicht sehr groß aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist hübsch und man ist dort völlig ungestört. Die Lage ist ideal, mitten in der Altstadt. Wir können das Appartement absolut empfehlen!

The property is located very centrally with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and was very clean and tidy. The roof terrace, accessed via internal stairs, was very private and ideal for sitting in the sun with a drink and reading. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning kept the apartment cool in the evening. The property was ideal for my wife and I to walk in the morning, read on the terrace during the afternoon and then get a lovely meal in the evening. Communication with Luca, who was very helpful, was very easy.
