It gives to its guests a comfortable place to spend summer holidays, with private swimming pool and in just 350 meters away from the beach it is a great place for families with children who want to enjoy the sun and Ibiza’s good weather. The house is walking distance to Marina Botafoch and Talamanca bay.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, big salon, dining room and chill out zone with barbecue plus a Dalt Vila views and sea views. Into the house there is 2 machines of air con; 1 of them downstairs on the living room and the other one upstairs for the bedrooms. Also the bedrooms has a big ceiling fans.

Everything was great and location worked out well. I would recommend this to anyone. Hugo was great and the house is great, comfortable and in a good area.
It was a really hot time of the year, so another air conditioner in one of the bedrooms could of helped, but overall this is definitely a 5 star place!

Loved the villa with a few terraces to choose from. Well equipped and great to have our own pool with a fantastic view of Dalt Villa.
It's located next to a family residence so definitely not for parties but that suited us just fine.
Only small things were the power tripped out a couple of times and the showers were not always getting hot.
The meet and greet was well organised and communication was easy when we had questions.

The house was big, nice and clean pool. Big terrace. Nice beds and enough bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and everything was fine about the home.
The bathrooms did not have good enough pipelines to get the water on the ground away..

We are Ibiza addicted but always staying in a hotel. The option of renting a house this time was smart. The location is great, the house has everything we needed and Hugo was always available for any request we had.
Overall we were very happy and will recommend eivillas to all our friends.
We had some issues with the hot water due to some very simple technical failure on the system which was solved very quickly.
