About this chalet rental
Beautiful villa with spectacular views over La Concha beach in Suances, and direct access to it.
It is a privileged situation, where you can wake up, have breakfast, eat or simply enjoy the view of the beach and the sea, recreate the exclusivity of walking to the beach, bathing, sunbathing, surfing or just for a walk, and at the same time the private tranquility of a large garden where you can sunbathe, eat, rest, play ... Feel the soft murmur of sea waves on the shore all day ...
The villa has many different rooms, to enjoy at different times of the day and according to the weather: a terrace facing the sea with a folding window to open on sunny days, and close at cooler times. A seating area next to a window facing the sea, and open in attractive design with a railing to another seating area on the lower floor, the latter also accommodating 10 people, with two sofas and television, and which is connected to the kitchen through a window or passport. A large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ...) with attached office, with table for 10 people and coffee area. A dining room on a terrace on the first floor, where you can have lunch or dinner at any time, and in any weather. A small office on the top floor in case someone needs a work table at some point ... A small terrace in front of the entrance, very pleasant to spend the sunsets chatting.
In addition, it has 5 bedrooms of which one with a double bed of 1.5 x 2.0 m, three with two single beds each, and another with two bunk beds. It has three bathrooms with shower.
In the garden, up to three cars can be parked in the entrance area.
And a few steps walk there are numerous restaurants, some in the same area of La Concha beach and others in the Ribera, and the port, where you can eat great fish and seafood.
From here you can do various activities, such as surfing, paddle surfing, take a boat ride, rent pedal boats, rent bikes, or take excursions to nearby beaches (the famous Los Locos), or visit towns like Santillana, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, among many others, or approach Santander.

Group of 7 adults, fantastic property with plenty of space for everyone! Being based pretty much on the beach was amazing! Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The little supermarket 2 mins walk away was really convenient. Anyone thinking of booking this property don't hesitate you won't regret it! Thank you Miguel

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und gute Möglichkeiten gemütlich mit seiner Familie zusammen zu sitzen, ob drinnen oder draussen. Es liegt zentral im Ort und dennoch ruhig. Alles vorhanden, von Handtücher über Fön und Waschmaschine. Gerne wieder .

Sehr nette Vermieter. Tolle Lage am Meer. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Santillana, Bilbao und Santander. Klasse Haus für 10 Personen mit diversen Aufenthaltsräumen und 5 Zweibettzimmern.
Nach dem Winter war die Luft noch etwas abgestanden, aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke!
