La ubicación.
La sala de juegos y el minigolf, todo muy descuidado y estropeado. Futbolín sin bolas, al billar le faltaban bolas, los tacos deteriorados (algunos sin punta), los hoyos del minigolf en mal estado.

Estudio amplio y muy bien dotado.
El aparcamiento privado en la calle son 5 o 6 parcelas frente a la entrada sin ningún control de quien aparca.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es inmejorable y el personal es muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar
El calor que hace dentro del apartamento hay momentos en los que es insoportable. No había toalla o alfombra para salir de la bañera, lo que puede provocar un resbalón. Los cubiertos estaban viejísimos y medio oxidados, la sartén algo vieja también, se pega todo al cocinar. La cortina opaca (porque no hay persiana) tenía agujeros y no cierra bien, por lo que por la mañana entra muchísima luz.
