BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
DESCRIPTION
The newly built Pacific Sands Vacation home "Pacific Sands #833" with its private patio is only 100 feet away from the bay and a 2 minute walk from the beach and offers everything you possibly need for an unforgettable vacation in beautiful Mission Beach.
This is the perfect home for up to 6 people (5 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.
1st LEVEL
The first level of the house features a bright and spacious open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area opening up to a fully furnished patio with nice seating, umbrella and gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking. The dining table comfortably sits 6 people.The living area is equipped with a nice leather couch (different than in picture), two chairs, TV and a gas fire-place. There is also a bathroom on this floor as well as a washer and dryer.
2nd LEVEL
The second level features three bedrooms and two baths. The Master suite has its private bathroom attached with a beautiful walk-in shower and two sinks. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and a very small balcony (stand on only). The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third a bunk bed with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

AMENITIES
Enjoy the luxury of AC, central heating, ceiling fans and Free High Speed WiFi. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have provided some games, free Netflix access on two TVs (no cable), washer/dryer, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and iron-board. Linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.
SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.
PARKING
The property has an off street parking space available that can fit a SUV and mid size sedan. Please note anything bigger than a mid size SUV will be hard to park. Oversized cars such as a Tahoe or Escalade will not fit.
LOCATION
This fantastic home is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants.These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE
For friend groups we can agree to 5 people max and all must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
This beautiful beach retreat is the front home of a two unit property. The third level as well as the back of the property belongs to the other unit.
This is a great place for families but please note that the property has a fairly steep staircase and if you bring little kids they would have to be under supervision at all times.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Nice property that is very well located and close to most activities. Very short walk to the beach with decent number of beach accessories and toys for the kids. Overall a good experience.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our first family vacation to the San Diego area. The house had plenty of room for us (myself, husband and two teenage children) to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring. We enjoyed morning walks every day, sometimes on the bay side and sometimes on the ocean side. Everything was clean and in good condition. The parking is tricky as others have stated, just don't bring a large vehicle. We also had trouble finding the house initially, as the parking is on the alley side of the house and gps doesn't understand that! But once you get familiar with the area, it's easy to navigate. We especially appreciated that the house was stocked with plenty of dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper for the week! Most places only give you a starter supply. The beach towels and beach chairs provided were also appreciated and made enjoying beach days easier. The only thing we needed that we didn't have was a baking sheet for french fries one night and containers or plastic bags for packing a beach lunch- but we made doe with what we had! Fantastic stay overall!

The property is truly lovely, exceptionally clean. They clearly take a lot of pride in their rental property. It was so close to fantastic beaches and restaurants - walking distance. This is not a party it up property - it is a calm, quiet, relaxing neighborhood and I loved that. We loved the patio.They were very clear about parking being tight - there’s one spot and it barely fit our minivan (Pacifica), and if someone else parks in close proximity it is very difficult if not impossible to access the one provided spot - and a few snarky comments from a neighbor, which was not warranted. Basically, rent a compact car or just don’t. 10/10 recommend this property and we hope to stay again.
