The location of the house and the garden were truly beautiful, and its proximity to the sea was fantastic. The garden was nicely arranged, and we had a lovely time there. The welcome was very sweet – thoughtful notes and treats had been left for us, which we appreciated.

I understand that the check-in and check-out times had been communicated in advance, but as a general comment, I found the check-in time (4 PM) quite late and the check-out time (10 AM) too early. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility with these times. (Being told we could enter earlier only if we cleaned the house ourselves doesn’t count as flexibility in my opinion.) Although the neighborhood looked nice, our car window was broken while parked and some shoes were stolen from inside. This incident dampened our experience a bit – I’d advise others to be cautious. The kitchen utensils in the house need updating. There weren’t enough glasses, and the cutlery was rusty. The drawers in the upstairs console were very difficult to open as well. At night, there was a lot of noise coming from Elia, which could be disturbing. Also, their prices seemed unnecessarily high. The upstairs room got very hot, and the fan provided was too loud to sleep comfortably. The downstairs air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the upper floor. One of the most disappointing aspects for me was being asked to pay an additional tax, even though I had already paid the full amount on Booking. This did not leave a good impression. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but in terms of value for money, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. When you’re paying €400 per night, you don’t expect to sleep uncomfortably due to the heat.

Great location, right at Trikorfo beach. The house has a great garden. We found everything very clean and spotless. There is everything you need, even a dish washer. Compared with what is available in the area, I think this is the best accomodation in Gerakini-Psakoudia. Great communication with Ms Eva, the host. She even recommended which restaurants in the area are better, and she was perfectly right. Thank you for a pleasant stay. The beach is great for children, shallow water for 30m from the shore, nice sandy beach. The beach bar, we didn't particularly like it, the waiters dont bring what you ask, it's crowded, you have to make reservation of sunbeds etc, so we decided for the first time ever to use portable umbrellas, which we found at the house, it has even sun chairs and umbrelas you can use. For whomever goes in that region, we found only 2 really nice taverns. The restaurants are important for a nice stay, therefor I will make a review of the options here. The best is Kostas Comfort Food in Psakoudia, varied and very good food, great selection of fresh fish, they basically had any kind of fish you may want. They are always busy, so you have to have patience, but it's worth it, just get a bear and some starters and enjoy. The owner is a very nice guy, always attentive, aslo the waiters are great, friendly. Also they have a very nice homemade icecream shop next to them which the children loved, I think it's also theirs, but not sure. The second is Mouragio, in Gerakini, very good food, but not as many options, they serve you fast. Both are a very short drive away from the house, like 2 minutes. There is Elia restaurant exactly vis-a-vis the house, has good food, but options are more limited, the view is great, but is about ~40% more expensive, which makes it more of an ocasion restaurant, not day-to-day eating for families.

There is some noise from Elia Restaurant, some days supplies come in the morning and they make some noise. In the evening they are surprisingly quiet, no loud music, I think they take care not to bother sorrounding houses.
