About this villa rental
The beach front house . First row to the beach. It is located in quiet surroundings and is suitable for children. Detached holiday house for 8 people, 7 meters from the sea with heated private outdoor pool.
Notice: GUEST TURNOVERS are only on Saturdays (Check-in and Check-out only on Saturdays) Minimal booking is 7 days.
Indoor area 140m², lot size 600 m². 8 people are sleeping in 4 bedrooms. Outside swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters). The pool is for sole use of the guests. Property has a big terrace 25m² and pool terrace 60m² with beautiful sea view.
The house is NOT FOR RENT from November 1th to March 31th.
The house is located in Kanica which is situated 12 km east from Rogoznica, 18 km east from Primošten, 50 km east from the town of Šibenik, 24 km west from Trogir, 25 km west from the Split Airport, and 50 km west from the town of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 25 km. Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. You will be alone in the house, the owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 50 km away. Notice: quest turnovers are only on Saturdays. Minimal booking is 7 days. Use of the car is recommended.

Owners Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) for use FREE.

Wow ! What an amazing villa and location - best we’ve ever stayed at and we’d definitely go back. Marin & his lovely wife kindly greeted us with sweet treats and drinks and showed us round their amazing villa - which had everything and more you could wish for. A couple of tiny issues ( not their fault) were sorted out immediately. We used the pool for hours each day, enjoyed the kayaks and attempted to use the SUP - only 1 of our party managing to actually stand up on it though ! A/C in every room if you need it , towels galore and hairdryers in each bathroom. Washing pods and dishwasher pods supplied too. Location wise it’s a little remote but it was so peaceful and at this time of year there were hardly any other people about - just what we needed for a week relaxing in the sun. We ventured out a few times and our 2 favourites were Trogir and Primošten, both lovely picturesque waterside places. Little alleyways leading to even more cute and picture perfect views. I could go on and on about what a wonderful place it is but the best thing would be to see it for yourself , you won’t regret it .My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer .

This was a perfect location and property for us to spend time with our grown up family. All double bedrooms with their own shower rooms (and hairdryers!), plenty of living space both indoors and outside (with good shade) and beautiful views over the quiet bay. The pool is a good size and then...just walk down the steps straight onto the beach with your own sunbed area. The kayak, paddleboard, snorkels and other equipment gave us plenty to have fun with. The restaurant 2L is about a 15 minutes walk and there were daily bread, fruit and veg and fish vans that came to sell produce. Highly recommended.

The place was fantastic. The pool warm the sea was warm and so calm. We used all the facilities and the fishing gear, kayak and Sup. What a fantastic place. Thank you to our hosts.
