Spend a relaxing break in this comfortable holiday home with pool.
Villa Mondeo exudes a modern yet inviting atmosphere, in which warm colours and stylish details create a soothing mood. Here you can cook together in the open-plan kitchen and then enjoy a cosy meal at the beautiful dining table. The spacious sofa invites you to relax with a glass of wine or end the evening with a good chat.
On the sunny terrace, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy the view of the surrounding area. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers in the shade of the parasol or read a good book in peace and quiet. In the evening, the barbecue area invites you to eat together and round off the day in a cosy atmosphere.
Stroll the few metres to the beach and enjoy the crystal-clear water and relaxed atmosphere of Rogoznica. The town is picturesquely situated on a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge and enchants with its promenade full of cafés, restaurants and Mediterranean flair. Take a stroll through the charming old town or visit the mysterious Dragon's Eye Lake, which lies in an impressive rocky landscape. Thanks to its central location, Rogoznica is also the ideal starting point for discovering the most beautiful places in central and northern Dalmatia, from picturesque bays to historic towns.

This villa is a great place for a summer stay in Rogoznica. The equipment of the villa is great, there is everything you might need. Short walk to the beach. Pleasant swimming pool.The only disadvantage is that there is no privacy since the villa is surrounded by other buildings in every direction.

The eproperty is perfect for both adults and teens.
Everything is within walking distance.
House is wonderful. Rooms and bathrooms are absolutely huge.
Living / dining / kitchen is perfect.
Outdoor space, consisting of pool, patio, jacuzzi, sun terrace is wonderful.
This is the best holiday we have had in a long time, and the property played a big part.
One note, this house, like 95% of similar houses is on a big hill.
My recommendation, if you are renting a car, is to rent an automatic ,:-)
