About this villa rental
Hampton Lakes is a peaceful community with beautifully maintained gardens🌺. It offers the perfect location from which explore everything Florida has to offer🎢. Our villa is situated on a Lake with stunning views🏝. Relax in the Hot Tub🏊♂️, pool and spa with its luxury padded furnishing and unusually large deck area and BBQ with gas included. We take a pride in maintaining our property to a high standard. 💚Lakeside villa is fully air conditioned. It is typically American and very spacious. The three masters bedrooms all enjoy ensuite facilities. Whilst the two twin bedrooms are themed, Disney and Harry Potter. Our games room has been prepared with a great deal of care to provide hours of fun for all ages🎱⚽️♣️. We have a full size cot, plus a pack and play cot. A baby pack with high chair, cot, buggy, monitor and tableware.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the game room was the best I've seen. Another bonus was that the basketball/pickleball/volleyball courts were walking distance from the house.

The communication with Nicki was outstanding from start to finish. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 8 weeks and we're looking for a home from home to escape the English winter. And that's exactly what we found.
The villa has everything you could need for a short or long stay, and plenty of things you didn't know you would need. With a huge pool area there is plenty of room for large groups and the hot tub is a great addition for the cooler winter evenings and we were pleasantly surprised how much we used it!
The games room provided fun on the occasional wet days and the view over the lake - full of turtles and with a constant stream of birds - never ceased to provide a lovely distraction.
Thanks Nicky for a great stay and to Keith too for his regular visits to make sure we were fine!

Villa is dated so could do with modernising. None of the tvs worked. Rang the office and told them but they didn’t come out to fix it so no television for the whole time we stayed there.
