You’ll love staying at this beautiful lake view home on Hampton Lakes. This gorgeous 5 bedroom- 4 full baths, pool home comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Fantastic 13ft X 26ft heated pool with spa is overlooking the tranquil resident lake. Located near great shopping stores, amazing restaurants with access to major roadways and medical facilities. Best of all it is minutes away from many of attractions that Orlando has to offer including Disney World and Universal. Easy access to Disney and all theme parks and Florida's amazing white sand beaches. Lakeside Villa is stunning, luxurious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, including 3 en-suites. Close to Disney World , MGM, Epcot, World of Sport, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld. Orlando International Airport is only 35 minutes away. Villa is only a five minute drive to local restaurants and supermarkets and approximately one hour's drive to the Atlantic Ocean or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Designed, furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. The villa boasts a large south facing private, fully screened, heated swimming pool with the magnificent view , covered porch (lanai) with large sun deck & well equipped games room.

POOL : South facing pool is catching the sun from early morning until sunset. Overlooks a tranquil lake setting and is absolutely brilliant watching the wildlife in and around the lake, very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of sun loungers, chairs.

An additional charge of $210 per week (plus tax) would be applied if guests require a heated pool. We recommend pool heat from October through April. If you want the pool heated, it's very easy, just contact us after your booking and we will send you a payment request for that.
ATTENTION:
It's NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like: parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities, etc. - IF you plan a party (or etc), this house is NOT recommended for you.
Note: if this important rule is broken, HOA and neighbors might inform the local authorities and the HomeAway security deposit in hold will be required to cover the fine.
A/C (cooling) is set to run at 72F-80F and if you are not comfortable with this range please don't book. Heating max temperature on thermostat is 75F if you are not comfortable with this please don't book.
Washer/Dryer are available for reasonable use - extreme use beyond normal household needs will be charged at the management discretion.
Security cameras (8 HD cameras) covering every inch of front and both side of property is used for security purposes.
Smart Devices are used to monitor and control property equipment, such as door lock, thermostat, pool and spa system etc.
Others:
** Early check-in/late check-out (depending on availability) is $30/hour
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can help you rent one from a professional company, for price check: https://www.otterequipment.com/Grills-For-Rent-Davenport-FL
**Per legal requirement you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.
**Please note that villa is Self-Catering. “Self-catering” means that the homeowner only supplies a limited amount of necessities such as a toilet paper roll in every bathroom, soaps for each bathroom sink, a paper towel roll, and 1 large garbage bag. These are just to get you started, but any additional supplies have to be supplied by the guest. There may be other items in the villa when you arrive such as dishwasher and laundry soap, more garbage bags etc, but these will have been left by the previous guests and we leave them in the villa for your convenience.”

This is a big house - two good-sized master bedrooms. Decoration may not be to everyone's taste, but this is a home for families who want to visit the parks and have a pool and decoration matches this spec.Has everything you need for your stay.It is clean, but will probably be due for a deep clean as the peak season approaches.Great communication from the owner. We had an internet issue, and she quickly got it resolved. (Grass cutters nicked the cable)The pol and spa heat was spot on, especially the spa, which can sometimes be set too hot.

Incredible property. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Beautiful. Wifi worked great. Nice neighborhood. Kitchen really well stocked with dishes and supplies. We paid for heated pool and loved having the hot tub and pool at a nice temp. Game room was super comfortable. Overall outstanding.

We stayed here from August 9th-16th, 2025. First thing is first...when looking at these pics, enlarge them! They are deceptive and make the place appear smaller than it actually is! PLENTY of space here. Very quiet neighborhood, lots of permanent residents there, no party animals or weed smell. Clean house and well organized. We enjoyed the pool/spa and watching the turtles and birds around the lake from the screened in pool area. The view is much better than looking at the back of some other house. Had my morning coffee out there while enjoying the view. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Master bath downstairs was nice, even my youngest was taking baths in the big soaking tub. Game room in the garage had enough to do when we were having some inside time. They have a pool table, air hockey table, and an xbox for your leisure. Kitchen equipment was more than adequate. We did use it a few nights to save money instead of going out to eat. Absolutely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property. Great proximity to Disney. House was clean with plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. We will definitely stay here again!
