About this villa rental
Villa Nafplion is a comfortable villa for 8 people, with Private pool/garden/bbq/ stone oven/yard/parking area, having 2 bedrooms and 1 loft/bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 wc, A/C in all rooms, wifi, situated in a beautiful quiet area surrounded by stunning views.
Villa Nafplion (125 m2) is newly built on three levels, on landscaped grounds of 900 m2, just a few minutes away (7 km) from the historic town of Nafplion and also even closer (4 km) from the sandy beach of resort of Tolon, ideal for children of all ages!
Villa Nafplion, can accommodate comfortably, 8 people, as includes 2 bedrooms and a loft ( 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 king size bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa). Also Linen, Bath & Pool towels are included twice a week.
At the downstairs level (garden and pool), there is a private pool, outdoor shower, a ping pong table, a big garden with pergola and garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, and just opposite there is a patio, a big table with 8 big chairs next to bbq and the traditional stone oven, and oranges/lemon groves, overlooking an extensive view of the green mountain and the ancient “rock” of Asini.
At the second level (yard), there is the ground floor, where the main entrance of the villa is, a big yard and a private parking for 2 cars at least.
Inside the villa and downstairs level/ garden- pool, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (in which we may put a baby's cot) and also another bedroom with two single beds, with patio doors in each room, overlooking the garden. Also at this level there is the big bathroom, with a bathtub and the washing machine. On the same level, outside the rooms there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
On the second level (where the yard is) there is an open plan living/dining room, plus a cozy fireplace with a large couch for 8 persons, and also a dining table with 8 chairs and a big tv, a dvd and a cd player.There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher machine, microwave etc. At this level there is the wc.
On the third level there is the loft, where can sleep 4 people, in a king size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, with a window overlooking the yard and the green mountain.
All the rooms of the Villa are air-conditioned and tastefully furnished.

A great week here in August 2025: a family of five (children aged 9 and 6-year-old twins) plus grandparents. House was spotless with everything we needed, comfortable beds and sitting spaces, and air conditioning excellent, which really helped us British people, especially the older ones. But the outside space is really spectacular: huge, clean pool which kept children happy for hours every day, lots of places to sit and relax in and out of the shade, trees and grass, hedges keeping it very private - and ping pong!Nikoleta was great at keeping in touch with us before and after the stay, and she and her family gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived quite late after our flight. There were plenty of drinks waiting for us and homemade cake and biscuits - delicious. She also recommended the Náfplio market and we were able to buy fish and vegetables to cook on the excellent BBQ.Short drives to Náfplio and beaches, slightly longer ones to spectacular Mycenae and Epidaurus. Very happy!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described on vrbo. Very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The yard was spacious and beautifully maintained, with fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, plenty of lounging and seating options, perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. The pool was a definite highlight and perfect after a hot day of walking around Napflio. The pool was clean, private, and great for both kids and adults. The hosts were professional, responsive, and truly thoughtful. From the small welcoming touches and they even made vegan cookies for my mother to checking in on us. It was clear they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Thank you to our lovely hosts for a wonderful experience. It was heaven on earth. Very nice house with truly everything you can wish for. Even in the mids of summer the house was cool and outside around the pool we could always find a place to relax. Close to the beautiful town of Napflio.
Nikoleta is so friendly and made us feel at home right away.

The Villa was perfect and in a beautiful location. It is near the beach and the town and historic sites are easily accessible. There are lovely outdoor lights for an amazing evening swim and barbecue in a private and peaceful setting.
