About this house rental
Amazing.... We welcome you to paradise! Skip and I fell in love with Marco Island on our first visit, with its gorgeous sunsets, beautiful beaches, playful dolphins and calm gulf waters. Start your morning with a short walk to Mackle Park for a quick jog or to shoot some hoops. For a little slower pace play Boccie Ball or Shuffleboard and equipment is provided at the park at no charge. Beach anyone? Ride bikes or get your daily exercise by walking to the nearest beach about 1 1/4 mile away. (You can drive if you liked and park at the South Beach parking lot). Back at the house, where the interior completely opens to the expansive screened-in lanai, enjoy your favorite beverage at our cozy bamboo Tiki Bar. Watch a game on the wide flat screen TV or just relax and lounge in our heated salt water pool. From the pool you can easily watch the sun going down or try catching sheephead and snapper on our dock.
For your dining pleasure, fire up the Weber grille or head to a number of local restaurants ranging from casual to elegant. We are happy to recommend our favorites.
FYI: Marco Island sunsets are phenomenal so head to the beach some nights as you may even experience the legendary "green flash".
Our home is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy so pack your flip flops and bathing suits.

This is the 2nd year my family has stayed at this great house on Marco Island. Can't say enough good things about the property or the owners.
A few upgrades were done in the past year in the pool area -- new pool tile, decking, new landscaping in the back made the view really open up. We loved these changes. Owner tells us a new kitchen is coming later this year -- so we're looking forward to our stay next year.
Couple of other highlights... the house is central to everything, but it's also private and quiet. No noisy neighbors. We caught a bunch of small fish off the dock. Saw a manatee one day. And a couple days saw some dolphins swimming around playing and catching fish in the cove just behind the house.

Nothing but great things to say. The house was great, loved the layout. Felt very at home there. Location on the canal was great, caught a few fish and saw manatees on several occasions. Very quiet cup-de-sac——very peaceful and quiet.
The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Quickly responded to any question or concern we had.
Was ready to move in permanently after a few days! Would definitely like to go back again.

Wonderful house with everything you could need. The vibe is so relaxing and comfortable with rooms nicely placed for individual activity and group activity. Our group ranged from 1-3 but nonetheless the house can support more comfortably. And, the shimmering pool is perfect
