About this apartment rental
Surfside Shores Unit 2406 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom direct gulf-front condo with two large private balconies. Perfect for large families or two smaller families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The condo amenities are great. 2 ocean front pools for adults, 2 kiddie pools, a barbecue area, and a pristine beach that is never too crowded. You can be down the elevator and have your toes in the water in under a minute.
This complex has 400' of beachfront with less than 100 units in the complex total. What does this mean? You will always have plenty of space to sprawl out on the beach and never feel like others are on top of you. Furthermore, the two large pools and two kiddie pools seldom get crowded and are perfect for families with little children.
This unit just underwent a renovation including adding large flat screen TVs in every room, new living room furniture, new loungers on the balcony, larger kitchen table, and updated décor.
The master suite offers a King bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the ocean front balcony.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to a separate, lagoon facing balcony.
The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom.
Living room has convertible couch allowing this unit to sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of privacy for all guests.
This condo is on the 4th floor giving amazing panoramic views of the ocean, but easy access from both elevators and stairs. There is a security guard at the front gate ensuring guests are not bothered.

Lunch & Dinner: Sassy Bass, Original Oyster House, Bahama Bob's, Sunset Cork Room
Breakfast: Ruby Slipper, Hazel's Nook, The Diner
Recreation: Waterville Waterpark, Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Family Fun Park, Go-Carts & Mini Golf, Dolphin Cruises
Within 15-30 mins: Gulf State Park, Orange Beach, Historic Fort Morgan, Dauphin Island (via Ferry)
Free wireless internet provided. Basic Cable is included but feel free to login to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon or DIsney+ with your Roku or FireTV stick.
Check in at 4pm, Check out at 10am.
Parking Passes are purchased from the security guard at the front for $32. This will last the length of your stay. (not a daily charge)
Door code will be provided within 24 hours of check-in.

Great place to stay for the price and the location and proximity to everything. Our family came down for the State Championships for Track and Field. It was a short drive to the sportsplex and numerous activities and restaurants. Would stay again.

Super location! Great proximity to beach. Lots of local restaurants and pubs. Condo size (3beds and 3baths) was ideal.
