It sits in the perfect sweet spot—just steps from the vibrant Capo Market, the stunning Teatro Massimo, and every shop and restaurant you could possibly imagine.The HostFrom my first exchange with the host, Raffaele, a few weeks before arrival, I knew I was in good hands. He was and is a remarkably gracious host, generously sharing a curated list of local sights, shops, and hidden gems while helping me avoid classic tourist mistakes.The Space & ViewThe apartment itself is intelligently laid out across two floors: * **First Floor:** A comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient laundry facilities. * **Second Floor:** A spacious bedroom alongside a bathroom and shower.The crown jewel, however, is the balcony. It has to be **one of the finest balconies in Italy**. You aren't just looking at a local neighborhood; you are treated to views that postcards are made of. Remarkably, despite being right in the beating heart of the city, the apartment is dead silent the moment you close the windows. While the Palermo streets may seem chaotic at first glance, there is a distinct local rhythm to it—one that you will quickly get used to and honestly miss when you leave. I cannot recommend Raffaele’s place enough. Enjoy your stay!

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. It was well equipped and stocked with starting essentials. Kitchen does not have an oven, but, otherwise has what you need to prepare and cook your own meals. Host was helpful and available and provided general information and restaurant recommendations. The unit is close to all of the city’s highlights. Steps away from historic Mercato del Capo, easy walk to Palermo’s main attractions, great view of the city, including beautiful view of Palermo’s Cathedral from the balcony. Awesome!

Amazing location! View from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. Bed is comfortable and bathroom, living area and kitchen are perfect. This is the perfect place to stay if you are a couple. The winding stairs to the bedroom might be tricky if you are senior.
