Highly recommend this apartment. It is right on the most wonderful beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. When we were there in late May the weather was beautiful but we almost had the beach to ourselves. I imagine it gets busier in summer. Balcony faces East so sun is only on the balcony at breakfast, not lunch or dinner. You can however sit in the sun out the back by the stairs in the evening. The restaurants don't seem to open until about 8pm and not much was open this early in the season although near by Grau i Platja (10-15 mins drive) is much busier with plenty of restaurants and shops and playgrounds on the beach etc. The two supermarkets in Xeraco beach were very good - Charter had better baguettes than Spar in our opinion and longer opening hours including Sunday. If you want to visit Valencia, you can very easily take the train from Xeraco station (less than 10 mins drive and free parking). Return to Valencia was 9 Euros and my 5 yr old was free. Takes you right in to the old town - beautiful city, well worth a day trip. Vicent the apartment owner was very helpful (he lives upstairs) and although he doesn't speak English we got by with a little french and with google translate! We would definitely return to this apartment/area another time.

The fact this was our third consecutive year staying at “our” favourite apartment should be proof enough of how good it is. In some ways it is difficult to think of new superlatives. The apartment has every conceivable aid to an easy, relaxed lifestyle. Suffice to say Vicent remains the most charming of hosts who really does go the extra mile to ensure your holiday is care free. On arrival the fruit platter was awaiting, a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and the sound of the waves breaking just beyond the balcony. Heaven! Add to the mix the family feel of the resort, the welcome from old friends - including Vicent’s charming partner and his lovely husky, Ti - and you can’t but enjoy your stay. Heartily recommended. We enjoyed this apartment so much last year we went back again this year. And didn’t we make the right decision. After last year’s wonderful stay we would never have thought this year could be better..but it was. Thanks to the owner, Vicent and his partner, Pura, we received the warmest of welcomes and the most spectacular beach views from the apartment’s balcony. Wi-fi has been added to the long list of comforts at this extremely well equipped home-from-home and our son who joined us for a few days was gushing in his praise for the standard of accommodation and fittings. We met a number of people, locals and visitors, who we knew from last year and were greeted like long lost friends, which added to the family feel of this very Spanish resort. Will we go again? Can’t wait! And Montesinos restaurant just down the street is better than we remembered and completes a wonderful triumvirate of apartment, beach and quality dining. Paul T

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this apartment in Playa de Xeraco. The accommodation is excellent- well furnished and with no shortage of home comforts. The owner and his partner are really welcoming - thank you Vicent for the plateful of home grown figs we found on our arrival. But the real selling point is the location just yards from the glorious, safe and sandy beach providing a wonderful vista from the apartment's balcony. From apartment to beach ....30 seconds. The resort is quiet at this time of the year but the locals are very friendly and we particularly enjoyed Montesinos bar and restaurant just a short stroll from the apartment. We highly recommend the fillet steaks and hake a la romana - delicious. A big thank you to Montesinos owner Jose. barman Xavi and regulars Pepe and his wife who went out of their way to make us feel part of the action. To sum up a great location with ideal accommodation for couples, families with young children or "old hands" like us.

El apartamento está justo enfrente de la playa, tiene de todo lo necesario (plancha, secador, tostadora, exprimidor...) está muy bien equipado, incluso sillas y sombrillas para la playa, es un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. Al alojamiento no le falta detalle, está cuidado hasta el último detalle, tiene todo tipo de menaje. Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, accedes a la playa casi desde la casa. Cerca de super para comprar y tiendas locales. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, ideal para ir con niños. Vicent es encantador, te explica todo con detalle y para los que no hemos estado nunca en Xeracl es de agradecer. Experiencia de 10, volveremos seguro

Nos ha encantado, la casa, el lugar y Vicent, el propietario, es encantador y nos ha recibido de forma inmejorable, atento a cualquier necesidad, ya que mi pareja está aún convaleciente de una intervención. Las camas son súper cómodas y todo muy bonito. La cocina está súper equipada y no hemos pasado calor pues la casa es fresquita, no nos ha hecho falta utilizar el aire acondicionado. La playa está delante así que ves el mar muy cerca. Cerca hay lugares donde picar y comer, heladerías, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia...y tiendas, así que genial. Y en la plata varios chiringuitos muy chulos. Ha sido un placer estos días y estamos deseando volver.

Wir haben unsere Herbstferien dort verbracht, besser gehts nicht. Sonne und Meer vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben ausgestattet. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe haben super funktioniert und wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. El apartamento está muy limpio y es muy acogedor. No le falta de nada. El propietario ha pensado en todo. Disponemos además de sombrillas, sillas, juegos para niños ... La terraza con vistas al mar es todo un lujo. Un entorno tranquilo y relajante, acceso directo a la playa. La playa es bastante tranquila, está limpia y tiene socorrista. Dentro del apartamento hace muy buena temperatura, no hemos necesitado ni el aire ni los ventiladores. Vicent es un encanto y muy atento. Era justo lo que buscábamos para descansar unos días y poder ir con nuestro perrete.

Uns hat der geruhsame Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet und direkt am fast leeren, endlos langen Strand gelegen. Man hört auch nur die sich brechenden Wellen, genießt auf dem Balkon die Aussicht und das Essen. Nach Valencia sind es nur rund 45 min. Man kann auch in der Nähe schöne Bergspaziergänge oder -Wanderungen unternehmen. Minimale Abnutzungserscheinungen in der Wohnung stören da kaum.
