About this apartment rental
Apartment in a quiet area at the beginning of Gandía Beach, in a building with only four units. Within walking distance: the beach is 3 minutes away, the promenade by the lighthouse is 5 minutes away, and the harbor—with its restaurants and shops—is 7 minutes away. It features a master bedroom, a small room with a single bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a terrace with a table and chairs, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Air conditioning and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. It’s a first-floor apartment with no elevator.
The Space
It’s been our family’s summer apartment since 1963: simple and well-maintained. We try to ensure it retains its original charm.
Master bedroom: double bed, large closet, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
Small room next to the living room, with its own window and sliding doors: 105 cm single sofa bed. It’s a sleeping nook, not a full bedroom.
Living/dining room: 135 cm sofa bed, extendable table, TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The refrigerator is located here.
Separate, small, and narrow kitchen: stovetop, oven, and microwave. There is no dishwasher.
Bathroom with a shower and a shower screen.
Main terrace with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs.
Back porch: washing machine, clothesline, and outdoor shower.
Amenities and common areas
The entire apartment is for guests’ use. The building has no common areas other than the staircase leading to the apartment.
Other notable features
First floor with no elevator. The staircase is narrow and has a low ceiling: it’s easy to carry luggage up, but a stroller is more difficult, while a wheelchair would not fit easily, and there is no step-free access.
In July and August, it’s difficult to park on the street, as is the case along the entire beach.
It doesn’t have a view of the sea: there’s a building in front of it. It used to have one a few years ago.
It’s an apartment building in a quiet area: parties and events are not allowed.
