Apartment 7 - The Muntham Luxury Apartments. Spacious Bright First Floor Studio Apartment

The Muntham Apartments are located in the Wellswood area of Torquay and are close to all the amenities of "Wellswood Village" including the pub, post office, pharmacist, delicatessen, patisserie, wine bar and so much more. This area is just a five minute drive from the centre of Torquay and from Torquay harbour. It is also very close to the Babbacombe area.

Apartment 7 at The Muntham Luxury Apartments is a studio apartment situated on the first floor of the building and is reached via the grand sweeping staircase. It overlooks the rear of the property and has distant sea glimpses of Lyme Bay.

With over 31 square meters of space, the studio is spacious and comfortable for two people. The main room has a new luxury pocket sprung king sized bed (UK size - 5 foot width), a sofa, and a table and chairs for dining or where people on business can work. There is plenty of wardrobe space and other facilities include a SMART TV as well as a DAB radio. Free full fibre broadband wifi is also included with the apartment. All bedding and towels are included too and for guests staying more than seven nights a complimentary linen and towel change is included.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen which was completely refitted in April 2019. It has a full sized electric oven, an electric induction hob, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher and a coffee maker. A complimentary welcome pack of teas and coffees etc is supplied.

There is also a newly refitted shower room with an electric shower. A complimentary welcome pack of toiletries is supplied.

Guests also have use of the communal laundry room where there are coin operated washers and dryers. Detergent is supplied free of charge. There are also ironing facilities here too.

Guests are additionally welcome to make use the gardens that surround the building.

The property has plenty of parking for all guests and there is further on street parking outside the property without any restrictions. Guests can also make use of the EV charging points located in the property car park.

We accept one dog in this apartment. It must be 12months or older and must never be left unattended in the property. There is a charge of £10 per night for a dog. This will be added to the value of the booking prior to arrival.
