About this cottage rental
Charming cottage offering peace and tranquillity in small hamlet, ideal location for discovering Northumberland with it's many attractions, stunning countryside and beautiful uncrowded beaches. Every effort is made for you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in the well maintained accommodation, with lovely gardens and summerhouse. Please note, free on street parking is available approx 100m away, as access to the cottage by vehicle is limited. Our 2nd stay at this lovely cottage and it won’t be our last. We love the cottage, everything you need & more, it’s so comfortable & peaceful, I always sleep so well here, and the extra touches from the welcome pack which is waiting for you upon arrival are very welcoming, there’s even dog treats if you’re bringing your dog too. Glanton itself is such a lovely little village, it’s like stepping back in time, unspoilt. A great base to explore Northumbria.

Probably the best cottage we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and equipped and the garden is delightful and seriously dog proofed. A lovely welcome pack and in a really good location for visiting the area. Nice village and stunning views. Faultless. Also incredibly well cleaned. We would def. stay again.

Property was immaculate. The garden was a joy to be able to sit out and enjoy the scenery. To stargaze was wonderful and it was so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable, it was our best nights sleeps for a long while. We only had to contact the host having left our house keys in the property and she was most helpful in arranging their return. WE will undoubtedly return.
