Knotty pine floors and nautical blue slipcovers and accents define this classic seaside cottage with open living area bathed in natural light. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, tons of seating, and a TV with Bose stereo surround sound. A glass door opens to the balcony where guests enjoy the breeze and views of the gulf. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar which seats three, or enjoy a bottle of wine with friends at the dining table for six. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV and access to the furnished balcony. The primary bath has a generous soaking tub, separate shower and double vanities. Compass Point is composed of two multistory condominiums located in the western side of WaterSound Beach. The dunes in front of Compass Point I and Compass Point II are teeming with protected sea oats, wildlife, and other naturally occurring vegetation. Unit was just as advertised. Great location and all the amenities you could need. The only issues were, horrible internet, two windows in one of the bedrooms that would not close and no remote in the owner’s suite.

The property was very clean & well furnished. 360 Blue scheduled a repair while we were there. That could be my only possible complaint.

We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach.
Couple of things and I really hate to bring it up. Nowhere in the listing did it mention the parking spot wasn’t available because the owner has a car parked there. Listing says to park between the pool and condo. No biggie but when we arrived after dark to find no other cars parked in the pool lot with signs everywhere stating no parking and violators are subject to towing. The car didn’t get towed and I went the next morning and picked up a car tag so all was well.
Second item was the voicemail that was on my phone when we got off our flight stating the refrigerator was broken and call them to discuss. This is a big deal as we like to have our meals in the condo. The lady’s response was that they’ll provide us an ice chest for the week! Ultimately I had another more helpful call the next day and after about twenty minutes of pleading they did deliver a refrigerator and parked it right in the middle of the kitchen. So that ended up okay too.
Other than that it was great.
