The house also has 2 bathrooms, laundry, large lounge room, dinning and kitchen, with undercover entertainment area and a wood fire in the lounge room.
The property has Macquarie river frontage with beautiful sandy beach entry and both shallow and deep areas for swimming, as well as a covered picnic/BBQ area for relaxing riverside lunches.
The property is set on 100 acres, ideal for large families or a group of friends who enjoy bush walking, bird watching, fishing, canoeing or just looking for a quiet retreat.

This property is amazing. The location is second to none and was perfect for our family get away. Secluded and private with plenty of amazing places to explore on the property. The house is exactly as described, no bells and whistles but everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The entry track is drivable with a 2 wheel drive as long as you have a sense of adventure! We will definitely be back!

A nice, serene and peaceful stay.Plenty of space which was gated and allowed the kids and dog to burn all of their energy.Lighting the fire pit outside, at night, under a clear star filled sky was a highlight.A very relaxing stay and will be there again.
