Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Man spürt, dass Bruno, der Besitzer auch regelmäßig im Haus wohnt. Es ist sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Stand.

La maison est idéalement située à Soulac-sur-Mer, la plage est à 200m, le centre avec tous commerces, restaurants et son grand marché couvert à 400m. De jolies balades sont possibles à proximité.
Côté intérieur, la maison est comme neuve, très propre, très bien équipée (y compris en cas de mauvais temps).
L’extérieur est à l’image de l’intérieur, avec en bonus la possibilité de garer le long de la maison (pratique et sécuritaire).
Bref encore merci à la famille Vernay pour la qualité de l’accueil, on espère revenir une de ces prochaines années !

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten, dem man anmerkt, dass der Eigentümer oft selber dort wohnt. Modern eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß 5 Min zur Haupteinkaufsstraße. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich.
