About this house rental
The villa is located in a quiet area and 2 steps from the beach and close to the city center.
Park your car in the garden and do not move it anymore !!Real holidays !!
It has a large living room with sofa bed 2 places, a kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The bathroom was redone in the fall!
It is a holiday home there is no heating except extra radiators, and a towel radiator in the bathroom.
1 bedroom with 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 140 bed and 1 bunk bed, plus 1 bedroom bed 90 accessible by the garage, directly from the inside of the house with a water point, vanity unit.(cot for baby or young child)
1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and washing machine.
1 separate WC.
Ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator and small freezer.
1 microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster
1 television and a Wifi connection.
A garage. Barbecue.
A terrace to the west and a terrace to the east
The garden is over 1000m2.
Soulac sur Mer is a small family seaside resort with a large beach. Mme Joëlle est très accueillante. Sa maman spacieuse, bien équipée, calme, située au milieu d'un beau jardin, se trouve à 3 pas de la plage et 5-6 mn du centre ville.

La maison est comme décris. Joelle était très accueillant et nous avons senti vraiment à l'aise dans cette maison familiale. Un endroit de tranquillité avec l’accès a deux pas d’une belle plage avec les vagues impressionnants. Recommande fortement.

An sich befindet sich das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind i.O. und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Leider ist den Bildern nicht zu entnehmen, dass das eine Zimmer nur durch die Garage zugänglich ist etwas komisch riecht - dieser Geruch konnte auch nicht durch einwöchiges Lüften entfernt werden! Ferner ist nicht ersichtlich, dass alle Schränke vollkommen zugestopft sind. Es gibt quasi keine Möglichkeit, die eigenen Klamotten auszupacken. Der Garten ist großzügig und die Lage des Hauses perfekt.
Vor allem auch mit Hund eine tolle Adresse.
Grundsätzlich sollte jedoch am Verständnis für ein Ferienhaus gearbeitet werden.
