Location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

The price was very high but this unfortunately is what happens during the festival. The only small complaint I have, was I have come to expect small things like sugar/milk/coffee,tea etc provided for very short stays. Not suitable for infirm as it is on 2nd floor.

Beautiful, cosy, very well maintained & decorated apartment, perfect location. Kitchen has everything you can think of, all renovated and modern. Sparking clean. Quality towels & linen. Everything you can think of within walking distances. Perfect communication and very responsive hosts. You can see hosts do their best to make your stay amazing. Thank you for making our stay so appreciable and for accepting our son earlier than planned.

Beds of 1m40 small for us being used to larger beds, but they were very Comfy.

The apartment is small but the rooms are nicely decorated. The staircase to the second floor is quite tiny with luggage.

When we arrived all around the apartment the Loriont Music Festival was running. Music until 2:00 a.m. noisy people until 3:30 and cleaning and rubbish trucks from 7 a.m. As the windows are giving nearly zero noise reduction it was impossible to sleep there. As the festival was running for all four nights of our stay we had to book a new place after the first day and move out. When we contacted the owner his was completely ignorant and told us we could have googled the festival. Factually he rented out an apartment for a horrible price where it was impossible to sleep. One short email upfront informing us about the festival and we would have gone somewhere else, but the owner showed zero cooperation. When we escalated the case to booking.com they contacted the owner and accepted his lie that he had informed us. Unbelievable, the worst stay booked via booking.com ever. In short: Loud, ignorant, zero cooperation - I would never go back!

l'emplacement était excellent et nous a permis de faire tout ce que nous voulions faire.

Nous étions déçus qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule serviette par chambre, ce qui est insuffisant pour un couple. Nos amis n'avaient pas de serviettes, contrairement à ce qui est généralement fourni dans la plupart des hébergements, ce qui était un peu difficile, c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire. Quel dommage.

Pas de connexion internet donc pas de télé non plus, pas de moyens réels pour le ménage (aspi inutilisable car pas de sac , pas de serpillière, manque un peu de vaisselle, 1 seul torchon fourni, lave vaisselle lave très mal, ménage à l arrivée pas nickel), rideaux sales ou déchirés, table salon cassée, intérieur tiroirs sales, divan taché

Gute Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung, sowie Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Küche ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es nur bedingt in der Nähe. Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Die beiden Doppelbetten haben ein Maß von je 1,40m. Ein Wasch-Trocker ist vorhanden.

Kleine Betten, kleines Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Zweisitzer (durchgesessen).

Emplacement

L'état du sol de l'appartement dès notre arrivée était écœurant. C' était sale. Devoir nettoyer des son arrivée c'est franchement limite. Le balai était dégoûtant et plein de cheveux....horrible ! On marchait sur du sale. Tâches très suspectes sur le canapé. Nous avons eu froid tout le long du séjour. Pas de matela pour le lit bébé ni de couette . Rien de proposé quand nous avons expliqué l'état de l appartement. Rien pour nettoyer d'efficace. L aspirateur ne fonctionne pas. Il était dans un état pitoyable. Il renvoyait la poussière vers le haut. Des traces de moisissures absolument partout. Pas moyen de chauffer. Un faux thermostat. Et le prix était excessif pour les 3 jours passé dans cet appartements . La vaisselle à disposition était basique et absolument pas nettoyée. Dès traces de nourriture encore dessus. La cuisine avait été nettoyée mais un énorme trou près du lave vaisselle ( zéro pastille proposée) laissait rentrer de l'air en continue. Le petit message menaçant de la fin de séjour demandant de nettoyer sans quoi dès photos seront envoyées et une caution prélevée était de trop !!!

Pas d'état des lieux pour constater les faits suivants : vaisselle très sale, très usagée, rangement très désordonné, passoire plastique déchirée, toutes les casseroles très usagées et le fond brûlé par des résidus. Bol avec résidu séché... traces de lèvres sur des verres. (photos à l'appui) Pas de jeux contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur les multiples messages... Trop peu de chauffage au vu de l'humidité météo. Couettes d'appoint tâchées, donc pas utilisées. Difficulté pour récupérer les clés avec les nombreux numéros : code, n° confidentiel, code entrée..., la société Lockly n'a pas apprécié ma demande d'explications et m'a recommandé "de m'adapter" ! Ce manque de respect m'a choquée et je ne louerai plus via Booking. J'espère que mon commentaire sera pris en compte.
