Superb accommodation for a large family - 3 generations with 2 young children. There enough space and privacy for everyone and great communal areas and facilities. Very safe for the children The outside patio and bbq was ideal for large family meals Location was superb - easy drive from Cherbourg and then close enough to the east and west coast and everything they had to offer Mark couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Quick to respond when we had a question and great advice on places to visit

The property is in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by countryside. There was plenty of room for our family group of 10 people and the owner (Mark) was very helpful, informative and friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were two wood burners in the downstairs living areas. We especially enjoyed barbeques on the very sunny, private terrace. We hope to visit again soon!

Nothing much. WiFi was a bit slow.

The Bichurie is a very nice house with a lot of space inside (spacious kitchen and living room, separate dining room, all seperated by doors). This is very nice when you travel with a larger group. There are a lot of rooms and bathrooms, so everybody can have his own space and quiet time. The only advice we can give: when you go to La Bichurie, go long enough. It is a very nice house in a very nice region, but it takes time to see all as you have to drive on beautiful, but sometimes smaller roads. Also try the lokal food (duc, sea food, oysters, filled crepes, ...) like at the Auberge des Bonnes gens. It is definetely a region where you can eat very well and affordable, if you go out of the touristic places.
