Mi Naranjo (heated pool)

David was an excellent host. He met us at the villa & showed us around, and how to use air con etc. If I had any queries during our stay he was only a whats app message away. The villa itself is exceptional. Exceeded all of our expectations.

The Swimming pool was amazing. We thought we wanted to pay the additional €100 to heat the pool but David was in no rush to take our money. He said he thinks it would be warm enough, but if at any point we change our mind he will come back to turn the heater on. The heater was not needed. We had young children with us and they were in their for hours on end. Highly recommend a swim vest for any young swimmers who aren't confident in the water (my 3 year old had this) as the pool is quite deep.

Leuk fijn groot huis, met heerlijk zwembad ( wat verwarmd kan worden). Veel ruime slaapkamers en veel badkamers. Heerlijke tuin, die ommuurd is. Vonden de plek ( midden in een toeristische wijk) wat minder. Maar heb last van gehad, heerlijk rustig. Super aardige eigenaar die heel goed in contact was en ook echt meedacht ( proactief) met bijvoorbeeld de stroomstoring die er die dag in Spanje was.

De bedden waren wat hard en de hoofdkussens helemaal, maar de rest was fantastisch

Amazing family holiday for 18 people (16 adults and 2 children) staying at this spacious Spanish style large villa. Great outdoor space and barbecue area, plenty of sun loungers and tables and chairs. Air conditioning throughout the whole villa only (bunked bed room had just a fan). David the host was great with efficient communication and nothing was too much trouble to ask he made the experience really easy and enjoyable. Residental area, but bars and restaurants are walkable 2 within 5mins and a rew others 10mins plus along with supermarket....you will need to get a taxi to Cabo Roig if you want more busy night life. However we got groceries delivered by Mercadona supermarket and it was cheaper and better local produce. The local beachs was about an 8min drive away and were lovely with a few to choose from we also w ent to local water park which was small and fun but the one in Benidorm is better ( but also a lot further away just FYI) .....a great villa for family and friends we had a great celebration week would definitely recommend!!!

The only negative I would say it that it wasn't easy at the start to get taxis, especially for 18 people but some of the local bars helped us down load a local taxi app and then we were all sorted...

The villa was amazing, spacious, clean, modern and lots to do.

Nothing was a negative for us regarding the property. We all loved our stay and would come back again.
