garden, out of the town, but with easy access to the beach and center. also the mountains are accessible. the swimming pool and the garden are great.
local people (those who love in the property) shouting outside the property at night (4 am). absolutely no respect for people sleeping (seems to be part of Spanish culture - noticed it in other places). so if you want a quite place, this may not be the case.

No te dejan entrar antes de las 17 ni a dejar las maletas. Y el día siguiente ya te llaman a las 9 para que salgas del apartamento. En ambos casos la escusa es la limpieza pero lo que no se entiende es cuantas horas necesitan. Me pareció muy de mal gusto que te llamen por teléfono para decirte que la salida es a las 10. Me despertaron y no tiene ningún sentido. Creo los dueños usan la casa de día y por esto que son tan estrictos con la entrada y salida.
