Az apartman helykínálata az 5 hálónak és 4 fürdőnek köszönhetően jó. Állapota átlagos, minden szobában volt ventilátor, szúnyogriasztó.
A terasza nyugati tájolású, így nyári csúcsban - még az árnyékolóval együtt is - délután 2-3 órától estig teljesen odatűz a nap. A közeli reptér gépei épp az apartman felé szállnak fel, ezért elég hangosak és sok a felszálló, de megszokható a hang. A településen vendéglátó helyek vannak, kirakodók és ajándék boltok nemigazán. A legközelebbi part megfelelő méretű volt, mindig találtunk lent helyet délután, a víz egy rövid sekély szakasz után hamar mélyül.
