About this apartment rental
The two Apartments are in the same house . One is on the middle floor and the second on the first floor. The apts have separate entrance. Apts are only 70meters to first beach through a tiny road . In total are 6 bedrooms & 2 kitchen/living rooms 2,5 bathrooms and 2 large terraces. The terraces are ideal for dining or to enjoy beautiful seaview and sunset. Walking along the coast you will explore many beaches, restaurants, caffe bars, fruit and vegetable markets, little European stores.
The two apartments are located in the same house. One is located on the middle floor and second apt on the top floor. Both have stunning and fabulous sea view.
Apt Jakov 1 and Jakov 2 have been just renovated for this season.
Apartment Jakov 1 is delightfully furnished. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons. The apartment consists of 37m2 seaview terrace, separate kitchen, living area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Sleeping is in 3 bedrooms and on 1 sofa bed in the living room. The large terrace off the living room offers beautiful view of the sea . There are 3 bedrooms in total, one bedroom has 1 single bed and 2 bedrooms have each a double bed. There is 1 bathroom and o
Apartment Jakov 2 is suitable for up to 6 persons. The apartment consists of a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Sleeping is in 3 bedrooms and on 1 sofa bed in the living room. Every window in the open plan living and dining area offers beautiful view of the sea. This apartment offers outstanding views of the sea. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms have each a double bed. The bathroom is fully equipped.
Both apartments provide all the amenities you'll require during your stay
Walking to the beach is by pedestrian way direct off the house.
Enjoy sunset views over the sea as you dine or have a drink from the terraces having grilled fresh local fish and meat on the brick BBQ grill which is the garden. Alternatively you can dine and enjoy many restaurants in walking distance.
There is secure parking in the front of the house for up to 3 cars.
There is frequent bus service to Trogir and Split. Bus station is only 150m away. Grocery store, bakery , coffe bar , restaurant is 100meters away.
This apartment is only 6 km away from Trogir a delightful UNESCO World Heritage town and Split only 23 km.
I will be present or someone from my family upon guests' arrival and departure and at their request, I will also be at their disposal during their stay.

The cleanliness was superb. Few turists at the beach. Nice lokal waterholes a long the beach. 10 Nice and lazy days to remember :-)
