About this house rental
Newly built house (2009) typical from the Island of Ré, very sunny, near the beach and the Bois-Plage, in a calm, not overlooked setting rated 4 stars in 2012 by the tourist office, one storey villa with all modern cons, heated 5 x 9.5m pool with electric safety roller cover and easy access, enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 3 WCs, yard with barbecue, baby equipment, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
New high quality bedding and dinnerware.
Owner rents the 3 bedroom main house + a 2 bedroom annexe for 9 to 10 guests.
Possibility of renting only the main house for 6 persons except in July and August.
Bed linen and bath towels included (2 towels per person, duvets)
Beds made on arrival and final cleaning included.
Additional services available under request: beach towels , cot bed.
Nearby attractions: the beach, cycling, children rides, sailing school, horse riding, thalassotherapy, cinema, golf.
Booking in English or French directly with the owner and on site welcoming by the responsible of services and maintenance.
Weekly rental only; not weekends.

This was our first visit to Il de Ré and this house was just perfect for us. We got a lovely welcome when we arrived and everything in the house was explained to us, Any questions were promptly answered and any small issues dealt with as soon as possible. We loved our stay here between the easy access to the village and to the beach. It was so thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our entire stay. The house was spotless and very comfortable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

The only appointment was the lack of pool security; the promised hard cover was broken and the replacement alarm system did not work and was removed and not replaced. A book of local information and property info would have been useful.

Quel bonheur d avoir séjourné dans cette villa.elle a été décorée avec beaucoup de goût dans l esprit rethais .elle est parfaitement équipée et d une propreté irréprochable .la piscine étant chauffée ,on peut en profiter même si le temps est un peu frais.c est la maison rêvée pour passer d excellentes vacances et je pense que nous y reviendrons en famille.
