Świetne miejsce w środku lasu, na dużej polanie. Dojazd bardzo dobry, asfaltową drogą. Głównym atutem tego miejsca jest wszechobecna cisza. Bardzo mili Właściciele. Do Zaboru około 3-4 km - jest tam kilka sklepów spożywczych. Do Zielonej Góry około 20 km. Gospodarze prowadzą niewielką winnicę - istnieje możliwość degustacji i zakupu wina. Świetna relacja ceny do jakości. Bardzo dobra miejscówka na kilka dni odpoczynku. Słaby zasięg Internetu pozwala odciąć się od całego świata. Pokój czysty, z łazienką i podstawowym wyposażeniem (czajnik, naczynia, sztućce, ręczniki).
