Kolejna wizyta, kolejna pozytywna ocena miejsca. Stosunek jakości do ceny super. Na krótki pobyt i dla nie szukających 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu w centrum idealna opcja. Pokój czysty, łazienka i toaleta także. Nie korzystałem tylko z kuchni więc nie oceniam.

Owner was able to help when needed and it was good place to stay only for short time.
The place is a bit too small and old, the bathroom was not comfortable enough and we couldn’t use the amenities.

-Blisko przystanek tramwajowy Żegrze III skąd można dojechać tramwajem w dowolne miejsce Poznania. -Blisko markety: Netto, Lidl, Biedronka i Aldi i 2 piekarnie. -Standard podobny do typowego mieszkania, można się poczuć jak Poznaniak. -Łatwy kontakt z obsługą. Obsługa szybko odpowiada na wszelkie pytania.

Niska cena. Dobra komunikacja do centrum.
Brudno. Brudno. I jeszcze raz brudno. Trzeba odświeżyć mieszkanie. Podobne ceny można znaleźć np BotanikHistel i wiele innych. Dokonaliśmy rezerwacji bo nie było innej alternatywy. Fajnie że gospodarz wie że jest syf, nalicza opłaty za nieumycie naczyń, ale trzeba się trochę zająć tym mieszkaniem.
