blisko do dwóch przystanków tramwajowych. Nie było problemy z parkowaniem pod blokiem. W lokalu było wszystko co trzeba żeby tam pomieszkać w celach rekreacyjnych jak i biznesowych.
Jako że to ostatnie piętro ciśnienie wody trochę skacze i temperatura pod prysznicem się zmienia. Przydała by się bateria termostatyczna pod prysznicem.
