Świetna lokalizacja - Biedronka 2 minuty, przystanek 2 minuty, galeria handlowa Posnania 5 minut, a jednocześnie dzięki temu, że nie jest to ścisłe centrum nie ma problemu z bezpłatnym miejscem parkingowym. Jest bardzo czysto i są wszelkie potrzebne udogodnienia - żelazko, suszarka do włosów, nawet zestaw do szycia i parownica. W kuchni również wszelkie niezbędne rzeczy, w tym zestaw startowy kawowo-herbaciany. Mieszkanie jest na parterze, a za oknami drzewa, więc upał, który był straszliwy w czasie naszego pobytu w Poznaniu, w środku nie był odczuwalny. Ponieważ Poznań nas zachwycił i czujemy niedosyt, na pewno tam wrócimy, a wtedy na pewno znów wynajmiemy Ratajską Przystań!
Brak zarzutów, może jedynie przydałyby się moskitiery w oknach, bo zieleń za oknem, więc i owady są.
