About this apartment rental
Spacious recently renovated apartment with sea views, private entrance, and parking in the quiet Saguarda neighborhood. It is stylishly furnished and decorated, offering all the modern comfort you need.
The large, bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining area opens onto the terrace with glass sliding doors. In winter, a large wood stove keeps you warm. The kitchen features a 90 cm stove with oven, a smaller separate oven, and all the appliances you could wish for. On the terrace, you'll find a plancha (a gas grill plate), a small Kamado barbecue, and a dining table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), one with two single beds (80 x 200). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. A separate toilet, two bathrooms, one with a double shower and the other with a second toilet. All bedrooms overlook a small patio where you can find a large Kamado barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The apartment is equipped with a smart TV with Dutch and French decoders that offers most European networks, as well as Google Chromecast, high-speed internet, a stereo system, and a WIFI printer.
In the high season (July, August & September), the use of the communal swimming pool* is included. A (paid) tennis court is just steps away.
From the apartment, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and the center of Cadaques, as well as to the Parc Natural de Cap de Creus, an excellent starting point for jogging, hiking, and mountain biking.

*State of emergency in Catalonia due to extreme drought
To address the drought in Catalonia, the government has decided to declare a state of emergency in January 2024. This means that new measures will be taken to restrict water usage.
The first phase of the state of emergency results in a limit of 200 liters of water per person per day. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be mindful of your water usage during your stay.
Additionally, it is no longer allowed to fill or refill a swimming pool. Our communal pool is filled, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refill during the summer.

We had a pleasant stay in Cadaqués. The apartment is spacious with convenient privat parking. It is on a quiet street with a path leading down to the city center. Dog friendly location. The apartment is well equipped. It has the feel of being someone’s home not just a rental.

We enjoyed our stay above the beautiful village of Cadeques. It is a bit of a hike uphill from town, but well worth the view and peaceful surroundings. The condo is fully stocked. Our only negative comment is the strong odor of tobacco throughout the condo. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

A beautiful apartment, within easy access of the town - we only took our car out once in the week. It is superbly equiped with everything you could want. The pool was lovely with lots of sun beds, and the terrace was a great place to start or end the day looking across the bay. There is a small shop a couple of minutes walk away where you can buy breakfast essentials etc but all the restaurants and bars are only 7 mins down the hill, close enough to walk but without getting any of the noise or bustle. Cadaques itself is a wonderful town full of interesting places to visit. Dali's house is walking distance from the apartment and we did lots of snorkelling along the coast. We were greeted at the house by the agents who showed us how everything worked, they came back at the end of the week to return our deposit but left us with a number if we had any problems. Although there was no official parking we were able to park our car right outside the apartment for the whole week with no issues. We would definitely go back.
