The property location was fantastic. The living spaces (dining and lounge areas) were comfortable for a large family to congregate.
Checkin details were that 'keys would be at reception'. When we arrived at the property at checkin time, there was no-one there and I had to call to speak to the host, who seemed to be surprised by our booking. The place had not been cleaned from previous guests and we did not get to access the property until 6pm.
There were no lights at all in two of the bedrooms (ours had two bedside lamps, but neither worked!), and the electricity to the whole house keep shorting out very easily. When cooking, despite turning off all other unessential lights and electrics, we had to make multiple trips to the fuse box 4 floors down to keep switching the power back on!
Despite this, we did have a lovely stay here. The property was well set out and very comfortable for our group of 8.

We loved the four floors with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen and living room on the top floor. The house was minimally but tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed as far as towels, bedding, kitchen equipment, and washer/dryer.
It was cold. The radiators only worked in one of the bedrooms and the rest of the house was cold to the point of needing to use duvets to keep ourselves warm during the day and evening. The showers ran out of warm water very quickly or never had warm water at all. The house power went off several times and we would head down to the first floor to hit the switches to bring it back on.

Un bel emplacement et une vue mer exceptionnelle depuis la petite terrasse mais des prestations bien en deçà de ce qu’on peut attendre par rapport au descriptif et aux photos…
Les 4 chambres sont réparties entre le 1er et le 2ème étage mais il y a uniquement 3 salles de bain… dont une au rez-de-chaussée… et celle du 2ème étage, qui est de fait partagée, est ouverte sur une des deux chambres… pas idéal au niveau intimité…!!!
Les ballons d’eau chaude sous-dimensionnés pour 8 personnes
Le pommeau de douche d'une des salles-de-bain fuit et est à changer….
La cuisine est correctement équipée mais pas pour 8 personnes (6 verres à vin par ex.)
Il y a une forte odeur de moisi/renfermé au rez-de-chaussée
Literie correcte pour certaines chambres mais (très) moyenne pour d’autres.
Dans l’ensemble la propreté de la maison est correcte mais de nombreuses « choses » traînent ici et là : une valise abandonnée dans l’entrée, un parasol, des seaux de plage, un bidon d’eau à moitié vide, une boite de tampon périodique...
Enfin un accès et des parkings compliqués. Un petit message préventif disant que l’accès direct en voiture devant la maison est possible avec une petite citadine… mais (très) compliqué avec un plus gros véhicule serait le bienvenu...
