The Ixora development is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' west coast. The 10 apartments are only a 4 minute walk to Settlers beach; also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema. The apartments at Ixora have been built with the emphasis on outdoor living, with open-plan spaces and full-width sliding doors leading onto large private patios, in addition to a shared swimming pool on site. This apartment no 5 is on the ground floor and comes equipped with all the amenities you could ask for including. The double bedroom has air conditioning, additional ceiling fans and a double wardrobe. The American style kitchen and living spaces, also suited with ceiling fans, means you'll have a comfortable space to enjoy English TV and WiFi. . I have stayed at Ixora previously in two other properties on the small complex, so knew what to expect. On this occasion I booked last mintue, Joan and her team were able to arrange and sort out my booking quickly. The apartment was as I expected clean, modern and fully equipped for self catering. Location is great , walking distance to amenities. Had a few issues with the wifi, which was beyond any ones control but the issue was sorted quickly. Had a great stay . It was lovely to finally meet you Joan and Mark and your team. Thanks again

When we booked this place, we were a little worried because the patio was on the ground and from the pictures, seemed isolated. Do not worry! This is a very safe area and the property is fully fenced. In fact, it turned out to be a very private, very enjoyable area. We happily ate all our meals outside and spent almost all our apartment time on the patio. The apartment has everything you need. The television has thousands of channels! We enjoyed watching a news broadcast of a snow storm from our local station in Calgary, Canada.
The Ixora Apartment block is so ideally located in Holetown that it is in very high demand. It is in a very quiet location at the end of a dead end street. We enjoyed walking to the grocery store, the beach and to some very nice restaurants. The complex has a lovely pool that almost always had friendly people enjoying it.
I would recommend this place without hesitation.
