About this villa rental
It is a two storey house recently built Majorcan style on a plot of 500 m2. Opposite the house is the pool of 26 m2 and covered terraces with beautiful view over the blue sea. Barbecue, located under one of the covered terraces next to the kitchen, we can enjoy a leisurely meal. The kitchen, with terraces and sea views, includes dishwasher plus all the modern conveniences. A room with satellite TV, a spacious room with 2 beds, a walk in closet and a bathroom addition to the entrance room complete the ground floor. On the top floor there is a bathroom, two bedrooms with two beds and a living room and access to a covered terrace with spectacular views over the sea. On the outside rear of the house overlooking a beautiful pine forest there is a small outbuilding where laundry and an outside bathroom.

Although I do not answer the comments, I must answer the comment of Mr. Jean Michel, then discusses some details that are only in your head while others say forget important. Such as I told Mr. Jean Michel that if they leave their money returned, but did not want to leave. Because it says that Mr. Jean Michel in his commentary? simply because it seems an immature idiot, that's what it seems to me.
I, for my part I can only say two things
1st I can assure that there will be works close to home during the summer of 2016.
2nd I do not want anyone to be uncomfortable in my house, so I will refund the money to anyone who wants to leave.

Das Unterkunft war sehr Schön und Sauber. Der Aussicht ist wunderschön, mann könnte den Sonnenaufgang mit eine Tasse Kaffee einfach genießen. Die Ausstattung bietet einfach alles was man braucht. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, Mateu ist sehr freundlich und versucht einem alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und man hat immer ein n Ansprechpartner. Besonders für Familien können wir diese Unterkunft empfehlen, der Pool ist perfekt für Kinder, es gibt eine kleine Rutsche und auch ein kleines Spielhaus. Das gesamte Gelände ist abgezäunt, so dass kein Kind abhauen kann. Diese Finca ist wirklich zu empfehlen . Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

We had a great time but there were certain key items in the kitchen that were missing. We needed a lot more cutlery, larger glasses, a kettle a da sieve/colander. We also need more towels.
One of our party got bitten by fleas and bed bugs in the downstairs room too which spoilt her stay.
It was also a bit strange to have the owner living downstairs in the basement as he would appear to check the pool water randomly until we asked him to call before he came.
Otherwise we had a great time and it's a lovely spot. The house is basic without air-conditioning.
