Good location in Palanga, and the initial keys pickup and delivery arrangements were straightforward.
Poor communication from the property contact (Ula). She refused to provide a payment receipt, and completely ignored an SMS sent to her regarding an electricity outage on August 8th, as well as she did not reply our WhatsApp message regarding check-out. We also experienced a multi-hour unannounced power outage ( more than 5 hours) that disrupted our day, and the apartment lacked clothes hangers initially and a proper setup for laundry.

Все было хорошо! В номере есть душ, кухня ( на кухне есть чайник, плита, холодильник). Все было чисто! Отличное место расположение. И парковка!

Labai draugiška ir linksma šeimininkė, gyvenome su augintinių. Didelė terasa ant stogo, labai faina mėgautis rytinė kava sėdint supamame kiaušinyje🙂 Kambariai švarūs, tvarkingi, virtuvėje visi reikalingi indai.
