It is ideally located in the middle of the city centre, close to all public transportation. The large windows in the living room will help you to enjoy the view and watch the people strolling over the Rambla right from the couch :).
It is perfect to enjoy the ideal barcelonian lifestyle: get your fresh breakfast at La Boqueria Market first thing in the morning and sit on one of the emblematic terrace’s to see what's moving the earth today. 1 Open kitchen equipped with all its necessary tools, such as: a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc..

This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most known and cosmopolitan boulevard of Barcelona. It is just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and most emblematic sights of the city.
At a stone’s throw you will find the Boqueria Market, Grand Theater of Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located right in the middle of the old town, you can stroll through the Medieval looking streets until you reach the harbour and will be astounded by the exclusive boats you will see there. Passed the harbour, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and of course the beach of Barcelona! Make sure to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces next to the boulevard.
When going to the other direction coming out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample Quarter with a huge range of exclusive shops , and two of the most well-known buildings in the world by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: the Batlló House and Milà House, also known as La Pedrera.
District: Ciutat Vella (between el Raval and el Gótico)

Nearest pharmacy: 20 meters away
Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 2.5 kilometers from the building

We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!
Nearest Metro station: Catalunya, 120 meters away
Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.

- Utility fees are paid separately (via our App), 6€ per day for up to 2 people.
- Damage deposit does not apply.
* Towels:
- Beach towels are not provided.
- Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
- In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly tourist stays. It is not suitable for stays related to work, study, or medical purposes. Guests will be required to provide documentation confirming arrival and departure dates from the city. The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.
- Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).
- A damage deposit of €600 must be paid upon arrival (Online). This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.
- If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.
- Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).
- Parties and smoking are strictly forbidden at all times. Noise is not allowed after 8 pm.
- Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.

The location was excellent. The apartment was very basic. The price was reasonable for what you got. Linens were less than desirable but clean. Pillows could have been replaced. Wish someone would have been there to show us into the apartment - we were told where the keys were and had a hard time opening the door - had to ask the person next door to help. Eventually got in.

Pros: There isn't a better location in Barcelona. I could walk right out the door to get coffee, groceries, gifts, and the Metro. I walked to several Gaudi sites from the apartment. The apartment is clean, bright, and with great views of La Rambla. The managers were extremely helpful and friendly. When my flight was canceled at the last minute, they let me stay an extra night and gave me an excellent rate. They also brought in a chair that I needed for my work. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plus a great little washing machine.
Cons: It is not necessarily a cozy place -- not a single rug on all tile floors, not even a bath mat; the shower needed some maintenance; the bathroom light and fan run on the same switch; mattress and pillows are flat and hard; futon couch is awkward to sit on tho handy for an extra guest. If you stay for a long time, the noise from the street might wear at you--an apartment on a higher floor might be quieter. Rambla F is on the third floor. It gets very little sun. Both sinks are hard to use without getting water on the counters. These are little things that got to me after 10 days, but might not bother other people.
You can people-watch to your heart's content from the windows. There is a wonderful old-fashioned elevator. Doors are secure, and you feel very safe in the building. Great little pita kitchen on the ground floor. There is a large grocer a few steps south, but a much friendlier, smaller grocer across La Rambla, down Carrer Canuda. I walked to a guitar concert and to the wonderful restaurant, 4 Gats, and did plenty of Christmas shopping. The apartment is in the middle of a major shopping area, close to the University of Barcelona, and right off Placa Catalunya, which is a Metro hub. It's very easy to get out to the main sites and back again.
Its a lovely place that meets all your basic needs. I would give it three and a half stars if I could do half-stars.
