Kalsa Apartment

Apartement agréable, bien situé dans un rue typique sicilienne. Hôte extrêmement sympathique, accueil chaleureux et explication des différentes activités et lieux à visiter.

Pas grand chose, peut-être le fait que l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Mais franchement, ce n'est pas un grand désagrément.

Lokacija je zaista sjajna, za 10ak minuta šetnje stiže se do svega što smo želeli da obiđemo, centar, pijaca, luka.... Smeštaj je jako blizu Botaničke bašte, sama ulica gde je apartman jeste pomalo zastrašujuća ali to je tipično za Palermo i nismo imali nikakvih neprijatnosti. Već prvog dana smo shvatili da nam je lokacija izuzetna i da smo napravili pravi izbor. Naš domaćin je bio veoma ljubazan, presusretljiv i otvoren za sva pitanja i dogovor. Imali smo priliku da kroz prozor gledamo pravu autentičnost Palerma, bez šminke. Apartman je čisto i imali smo sve što nam je bilo potrebno.

Buka noću, ali to nije do apartmana, takav je ceo kraj. Sa čepićima za uši spavate super. Jedina kritika u vezi apartmana je na račun male tuš kabine koja je sigurni tesna ako ste krupniji, a nema ni ručnog tuša već samo zidni, pa je nezgodno ako ne želite da kvasite kosu.

The apartment was very clean and the owner was very helpful in giving the instructions and kindly offered himself to drive me to an excellent supermarket nearby to get supplies for my breakfast. He also had left a large bottle of water, several coffee capsules, tea bag, and some snacks on the kitchen work table. Supplies for the bathroom were fine, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and white clean hand and bath towels. Bed mattress, bed linens and pillow were nice too. Summarizing, it was clean, wide, comfortable, at walk distance from the train/bus terminal and very near the sea. It was also very near the local of my Symposium, as well as the historical and beautiful part of Palermo.

The only thing that people have to be aware is that this apartment is located in the 4th floor of an old building and all the buildings in that block are old and not restored (at least on the outside), therefore I felt somewhat concerned about safety when I arrived. Therefore, I realized that tourists take a walk in that street to see the old building facades. Another point to be careful regards the lights in the entrance hall. I suggest the installation of automatic turn-on illumination, since I found it sort of hard to see the light switch when entering the building, and this can lead to stumbling on the steps. Finally, another point is to make sure that you understood the way and where/how to find the keys to go in, but Giacomo was very helpful in promptly replying to instant messages and answer the phone.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, optimal um die Altstadt per Fuß zu erkunden.

Baufällige Treppe im Erdgeschoss, alte Einrichtung aus den 80er Jahren. Lose Fließen im Wohnzimmer und etwas klapprige Möbel.
