Apartamento ideal en Palermo, barrio céntrico con fácil aparcamiento en temporada alta. Anfitrión amabilísimo que te espera a la llegada y te da recomendaciones para la ciudad. Cuando volvamos a Palermo repetiremos sin duda.

El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Es muy prolijo, limpio y tiene encanto. Tiene aire acondicionado que es de lujo para pasar muy bien. Tiene adicionales como sombrilla para la playa, sombrero y más. Claudio es muy considerado como anfitrión. La zona es muy linda, segura y años de historia. Esta cerca de la estación central y del centro histórico. Se lo recomienda totalmente.

Logement DEMMA LUXURY HOME climatisé avec une chambre spacieuse et confortable. Literie correcte. A distance de marche des principaux sites à visiter (15-20 mn). Claudio nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires (ne parle pas anglais).
Propreté laissant à désirer ! Bruits de la rue (aucune isolation phonique). Pas de parking privé (se garer dans la rue) => logement situé en zone ZTL. Attention si vous réservez les 2 logements : ils ne sont pas du tout identiques contrairement aux photos sur le site ! Le 2ème est un duplex plus petit, moins confortable et la climatisation est au rez-de-chaussée, pas dans la chambre (voir photos)
