We enjoyed our stay in Lochcarron despite some gloomy weather. The house feels like you are visiting your granny. Old fashioned but very comfortable. Had everything we needed and it was a great base for travelling around the area. It also has a nice wee garden with beautiful planting and a river gurgling past. Local shop was very well stocked and within walking distance, the owner was on hand to greet us on arrival and lived nearby in case of any problems. We had a very relaxing stay.
