About this apartment rental

This first floor apartment benefits from having the best location in Antibes for experiencing the full flavour of the Old Town, it's on Cours Massena in the heart of the Old Town. In the mornings, walk the 30 steps to the famous 'Vesiano' boulangerie for croissants and have an unbeatable breakfast on the balcony overlooking the famous 'Marche Provencal'.
The apartment benefits from being double aspect, so is light and airy throughout, unusual in the Old Town. The large bedroom has full length fitted wardrobes, There is a portable air-conditioning unit, and it overlooks a quiet pedestrian street. The bathroom has bath and shower, there is a separate WC. The sofa turns into a double bed in the living area. There is cable TV with news and entertainment channels in English & free internet access. Telephone with free calls to French and international landlines.
Provided for the beach are towels, umbrella and cooler bag.
It's a couple of hundred meters to the beach, a lovely 4 minute stroll past cafes and restaurants, through the arch of the 'ramparts' and past the 'smaller' yachts of the marina. Sister apts. 82504, 406770 and 810851.

So close to everything and after a day at the beach it was fun to stop enroute to home at a Market area restaurant for a lovely glass of wine after picking up some goodies at the Market to nibble on while sitting on our little patio watching the activity. The vanity amenities and robes were a nice touch. Kitchen is well equipped and Michelle was available for advice whenever we needed. Loved staying here for 10 days to unwind after moving around France for a month. The bedroom at the back is quiet and very comfortable. When it was time for dinner we would walk at most 2 minutes as there are so many really great choices within site of the patio !

Loved the easy access to the market, old town, the port, and the train station. The apartment is spacious, well designed, light and airy. Michelle was most helpful throughout the rental process. We hope to have the opportunity to rent this property again.

Prior to my arrival everything was arranged for my convenience. The apartment is in a great location in the Old Town near the beach and market. The apartment was perfect for my needs, well stock kitchen, comfortable bed, great amenities, good cross breeze and ventilation. Cute terrace. Information binder about the area a great resource.Host Michelle and her colleague Josie were quickly responsive to my questions and very friendly and helpful. thanks for a wonderful stay Michelle.

We loved our stay in Antibes. The apartment was perfectly located and provided the comfort and amenities we needed. It is a long way from Melbourne, Australia but we do hope we will be able to come back. There is so much more to see and enjoy across the region which is easily reached in day tours and then returning to enjoy the local area each evening, either with delicious produce from the market or at one of the many local restaurants. Definitely a special place in the world.
