The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bed was super comfy. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made check-in smooth.

The only downside is the location – it's quite far from the city center. Without a car, getting around can be a bit tricky, and taxis or rideshares can add up. But if you're looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, this place is ideal.

Exceptional

Perfect little apartment which offered everything we needed. There were facilities for cooking, nice little bathroom and a lovely balcony. We were very happy with the accomodation. Also the town centre was easily reachable by bus (the bus stop was very close to the apartment) or around half an hour walk.

AMAZING.

We arrived (myself and my daughter) in the middle of the night and the keys were there available for us. The flat was so clean, absolutely spotless. So we instantly felt at home. We have strict diets due to food allergies so it was important for us to have a place to cook our own food. The flat had everything we needed including the aircon since it was over 30 degrees every day. The only missing thing was a mirror in the bedroom but that is me being really picky, as we like to check in the mirror, especially when on holidays. In terms of the location, it was close enough to the city centre and there is a bus stop but we used UBER up and downtown due to the heat. The way walking is kind of industrial with large shops and big roads so not much shade so it is worth to get another transport if you can avoid walking. If you are more than one person it is worth it. An uber down to town is about 37 to the ferry(we did that many times to go to Uglian and Dugi Otok islands) to 45 kuna to other places in town and they are pretty efficient. Every time there was an uber 4 to 5 mins away. I recommend Uber rather than a taxi as one day we could not access the internet and we got a taxi back from the bus station and they charged us 3 times the price. So, unless you agree on a price take the uber as you know you will be paying the right price. There is a shop at the Student market I think it is called just 3 minutes away or Lidl a little bit further down the road so no problems. the host was quick to respond every time we had a question. To me, Apartment Maria is going to be the place I will go back to next time. It felt like home. Simple, clean, and comfortable.

Superb

The apartment is located in the outskirts of zadar but you have a bus stop(number 1) at 100m from it. The direction is ploce dravocenac. It passes by the main bus station. And you have a stop at 200m from old town. If you come from the harbour you can use Bolt Uber or local Cammeo app or phone (cheaper than Uber) to the apartment (40kn(+/-). The same car providers to go to the beaches surrounding Zadar. ask also the bus station because few buses lead you to discreet and retired beaches nearby. About the apartment: super clean with all you need : fridge ac ... Marco even provides you mosquito repellent tablet in case of... The only issue could be the internet signal which was weak some days. But you can surf using your data( roaming is free in the eu if you come from eu) Marco also enables me to use the washing machine for my laundry. I recommend highly this apartment which desserves a +++ rating

Very nice !!

Maria, the owner, was very nice!!!! The space was enough for us, all you could need to prepare food was there. Great privacy and nice feeling of being home !❤

It was a bit far from the beach and the old town, but with car is great, you can find a free parking near the beach.

Budget studio for a couple who spend most of the time at the beach

It was a nice cozy studio, ideal for a couple to spend a couple of nights there. There is a TV, small fridge, AC, bathroom with toilet and shower corner. The best thing is that the tap water is drinkable so you don't have to buy water in the supermarkets. The studio has its own balcony, through which you enter directly to the room. The host was very communicative always available on WhatsApp, answering very fast, which we appreciate! :) We were greeted by his father who did not speak English, but we could communicate anyways, he even offered us to drive us to the beach when we once met outside of their apartment. There is enough privacy. There are not many things around the area, it is a residential area. However, 10 minutes walk away is Lidl supermarket or Kaufland and closer to the place there is a small bakery and shop (which we did not visit). There are also some local bars but we did not visit them. If you don't have a car, you can very easily get an Uber, it costs around 27HRK (around 2 -3 EUR) to go to the main Kolovare beach. The place is a good value for the money as it is usually 50% and more, cheaper than the rest of the apartments in Zadar.

There was a problem with the AC unit - the outside part was making a lot of noise, so we left the AC on only for an hour-two, during the night we had to switch it off due to the noise. Also, if you get easily disturbed in your sleep with sounds around, I would not recommend you to use this studio, because there is a fridge in the same room where you sleep and the fridge sounds can be disturbing, so you might need to switch it off during the night as well. But if you have no problems sleeping in any conditions, it's okay :)

Чисто, уютно. Есть все необходимое для проживания- были 7 ночей. Рядом остановка автобуса до центра, 1-ходит регулярно.До пляжа 30' ходьбы.Рядом супермаркеты-5' ходьбы.Рекомендуем!

Иногда запах канализации в ванной комнате,не долго- не критично
